Marketing Insights Executive – Newmarket

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our Digital Marketing Team with a focus on increasing on-going effectiveness across our email, web, mobile and social platforms. With at least 3-4+ years’ experience behind you in a relevant digital marketing and analytics role, your exposure to the online marketing environment means that you are overflowing with ideas and have a proven track record in maximising return on investment.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for assisting with the strategic and tactical plans, managing the on-going effectiveness of our relevancy based technology across email, web, mobile and social, send management, reporting and ensuring successful execution of all initiatives are achieved on time. Other key responsibilities include analysis and research, subscriber management, execution and reporting on testing initiative, assisting in managing PPC campaigns and risk mitigation of ad hoc marketing initiatives.
With a passion for driving successful digital marketing ideas and understanding how they impact on the business, you will ideally hold a relevant tertiary qualification and a working knowledge of social media, brands and/or marketing. To be successful in this role you will have a sound knowledge of email marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, MySQL and Internet sales. Knowledge of Tableau or a visualisation tool is preferred. You will also have a good understanding of web programming languages and techniques with a focus on HTML.
