Finance Administrator

Due to business growth we are now seeking another Finance Administrator to join the GrabOne family.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Administrator, this role will be responsible for our deal settlement process including providing financial, administrative and clerical services to ensure an effective, efficient and accurate service is provided at all times.  Key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the daily deal settlement & merchant payment processes across specific GrabOne sites
  • Providing advice to internal stakeholders on financial risk mitigation to GrabOne for new and existing deals
  • Daily communication with merchants re deal settlement and accounts
  • Complete month end tasks accurately and to deadline

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • 3-4+ years’ experience in a financial support/administrative role – this position does not require a CA qualification;
  • Have a sound understanding of Accounting Fundamentals;
  • Intermediate/Senior skills in Word and Excel environment;
  • Highly process driven, naturally inquisitive with a high level of attention to detail;
  • Top notch communication and relationship management building skills
  • High level of autonomy and time management skills
  • Fun, easy going and down to earth personality

The role will require an individual who sees this role as a career, not just a stepping stone into sales, is tenacious, an intelligent get-it-done kind of person who can think on their feet and work with many types of sales people and customers.  Based in our Head Office in Newmarket and reporting to the Auckland Sales Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the Auckland Sales Manager and wider sales team on merchant deals and accounts;
  • Daily Deal loading;
  • Assisting sales team by implementing efficiencies around administrative processes and procedures to drive sales revenue;
  • Interaction with Creative and Support teams regarding deals and overall administrative processing function including checking images/graphics and copy are correct;
  • Communication where necessary with Merchants and customers to ensure information is received on time;
  • Sales reporting

Successful skills and attributes include:

  • 3+ years sales coordinator/administration experience in high velocity sales team
  • Detail orientated
  • High level accuracy skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office, Excel, Pivot Tables, Powerpoint
  • Proactive in approach and a self-starter
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Fun, good sense of humour, work hard, play hard attitude
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Loves being busy and works well under pressure a daily basis

Business Development Manager – Wellington

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team.  Reporting into our Central Regional Sales Manager this is a full time position based in our Wellington office.
