While I am a regular user of Grabone vouchers I have opted to stop receiving emails in my account settings – the sheer number of daily emails being received informing me of deals has become a annoyance (I would prefer one email). However I still receive the emails even though my account settings have been changed? Please advise? Many thanks

Hi there, I bought 2 coupons for this restaurant. I went to use the 2nd coupon on Sunday 3rd March however no-one was answering the phone for bookings when made several calls.
On arriving at the restaurant door with the family was a handwritten sign advising was Closed – very disappointing and with our 1 year-old was very inconvenient as travelled from Howick.
I had this issue with Groupon on two occassions and so have not used their site for +7 months – this is the 1st time I have encountered this with Grabone after +$700 purchases.
We would appreciate a refund for the 2nd voucher as we were unable to redeem this. I look forward to your response.

Hi.. This may seem a bit late but i was not aware of it until recently. I purchased a Carpet Cleaning coupon from KIWI CARPET after many bookings with them and EVERYTIME they/he had to reschedule me back in due to resonable circumstances my carpet has not been cleaned. Just wondering if you can help. I used to get Grab One deals for the South Island, but only seem to be getting the for the North Island.
We went to the South Island for a holiday earlier this year and are planning another trip early next year. We were able to get some good accommodation deals and day trip deals through GrabOne,but as I said we are. It getting these deals.

Thanks for the message. If you log into GrabOne, you can manage your subscriptions really easily. Once you’re logged in, hover your mouse over your name in the top right-hand corner and click on Subscriptions from the drop-down menu. Here you’ll be able to select the South Island regions you’re interested in and subscribe to the daily Escapes email as well which features accommodation all over New Zealand (plus some international deals too). After your holiday, you can head back to the subscriptions page to cancel those email notifications you wish to. Hope that helped!

I can’t seem to print my Kelly tarlton coupons from my iphone, the first one printed out fine but the next 2 coupons both want to print 16 pages (all the current deals) instead of the coupon.
I use Epson-iprint on my iphone which is fiddly so I decided to just print them from my laptop.
I have logged onto grabone on my laptop and it says I don’t have any coupons, I am using the same logon details – I just have 1 account. (I also can’t see my coupons on my ipad).
Can you help? I’m sure I would be able to print them from my laptop.
