Senior Digital Brand Manager

Exciting times ahead for a talented and innovate digital marketer

We are looking to recruit a Senior Brand Manager based in our Head Office in Auckland.  Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of marketing specialists to deliver communicaitons strategies and consumer campaigns that drive growth.  You will be joining at an exciting time with a new product launch and a brand repositioning to sink your teeth into.  You will have strategic input across the business and be responsible for delivering innovative campaigns that deliver immediate and lasting results, including brand affinity, category growth, market share and ROI.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to implement our digital brand strategy and planning;
  • Campaign planning and execution across various media, including working with key group stakeholders (APN, TRN)
  • Tracking consumer lifecycle behaviours and identifying and mitigating at risk groups;
  • Accountability for loyalty initiatives;
  • Lead our subscriber management strategy and delivery
  • Reporting on key metrics, analysis and trends including performing ad hoc analytics and conversation optimisation
  • Execute and report on A/B testing and survey initiatives
  • People leadership of 2 digital marketing specialists;
  • Providing support and advice on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking
  • Relevant web research and reporting on competitive e-commerce environment

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Relevant Marketing degree
  • 2+ People Leadership
  • 4+ knowledge of e-marketing, SEO and Internet sales
  • Web Programming and techniques with particular reference to HTML
  • Project management experience
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen with a strong ability to communicate the plan to ensure delivery
  • Web analytic tools and measurement techniques
  • Good technical experience and can easily pick up new tools

A Support Consultant’s role is all about people: support, suggestions, solutions, and overall satisfaction. You’ll communicate with the general public via phone and email to respond to and resolve customer queries, and bend over backwards to ensure every single customer is happy by providing prompt assistance and the best solutions possible. This is not an IT technical based role.   The role is full- time Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm – we do require some flexibility on shifts.

To be successful in this role you’ll need proven outstanding customer service skills, an excellent phone manner, and clear communication skills, regardless of the medium. You’ll possess a superhuman level of initiative, and the ability to think on your feet with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and be a great multi-tasker. Excellent knowledge of PC software and the Internet environment is imperative. The role involves a lot of talking, so you will need to enjoy the sound of your own voice, but also requires strong written communication skills to boot.

Junior Creative Team Leader – Auckland

As a Team Leader of one of GrabOne’s creative teams, you will:

  • Drive and manage a team of copywriters and photo editors to ensure they are providing outstanding creative, visuals and administrative support for GrabOne’s online advertising at all times and that they are achieving their individual targets and performance objectives

  • Be responsible for the overall management of your team to ensure that time management is effective and advertising deadlines are met at all times. Take responsibility for all escalated calls, issues/concerns internally and externally within your team

  • Work closely with the Operations 2IC and other Team Leaders to manage the day-to-day activities of the team, assist in recruitment and team training, and provide reporting where required

  • Ensure  that all content and graphics being advertised are truthful and comply with codes of advertising practice and are compliant with all regulatory requirements and codes

  • Work with our Sales teams and external clients to make sure the ads fulfil their needs and expectations

Our ideal candidate will:

  • 1+ years people leadership experience and relevant industry

  • Posses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Have the ability and confidence to manage the daily operations of a team

  • Be deadline-driven, extremely organised, and able to multi-task

  • Know their way around a computer and be comfortable working with and learning new systems

  • Have excellent attention to detail

  • Have the ability and skills to liaise effectively with internal staff and external clients

  • Be flexible and willing to respond to the changing demands of the role

  • Be self-motivated and use initiative

  • Generate innovative ideas and solutions, and try different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities
